British born Nigerian-American, Dele Obaitan is our on-staff pharmacist.
Dele has a very strong background in Pharmaceutical sciences. He has worked in retail pharmacy, hospital/ clinical pharmacy as well as within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. He was trained both in West Africa as well as here in the United States. He is a graduate of the Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, PA. He also received an MBA from the Temple University Fox School Business and Management.
Dele has worked with Neumann Medical Center, Pennsylvania Hospital, Eli Lilly and Co., as well as the Johnson and Johnson family of Companies. He is currently on staff at Bayfront Hospital located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dele is an active member of the Florida Pharmacy Association and the Nigerian Pharmacist Association.
Dele has also competed as a natural bodybuilder in the past and has worked as a certified personal trainer in the past. With his background in the pharmaceutical world as well as his experience as a competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer, Dele brings a well suited knowledgebase to our cause in overall health and well being.
Dele will be working with the personal trainers and dieticians to review any medications you are taking and how they affect your personalized program. He will also answer any questions you may have regarding your medications, nutritional supplements and disease states.
