When we do try to focus on our health, many of our efforts can be undermined by companies feeding us misinformation about their products.

Why a website?
I consider myself a citizen of the world. I have been stopped and asked for fitness advice in every place from Publix grocery in Tampa, to the open village markets of Nigeria in West Africa. I wanted a way to really reach the world and help people who wish to better their lives.
My Vision
My vision is for this website to be a place where people of any age or fitness level can come and find their own niche. I want this site to be used as a resource, a guide, and an inspiration for health / fitness goal setting and attaining. I realize that we all go through phases, and that everyone has different fitness goals. It is my intention that this website will meet you where you are, and take you to the next level!
