Refund Policy

There are no refunds on memberships and there are no refunds for partial months. You can cancel your membership at anytime. If you wish to cancel you will need to send an email to CustomerService@NexxtFit.com with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line, at least 5 business days prior to your anniversary date. Your membership will cease immediately and you will not be charged for any additional months. If you purchase a package with special pricing based on length of membership, you will be billed for the difference of the regular monthly fee and the special pricing package as of your next anniversary date.
