* This membership allows you to search through our extensive library of exercises and create your own workout!
DETAILS
- Join now for one year at our Pre-Launch pricing of $4.99 per month and you will lock in this low fee for life. (Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further in formation.)
- Members are provided with tracking charts and logs for workouts, exercises, and body measurements. Workout details are easily stored and retrieved for accountability, progress, and motivation.
- Members can set a Beginner, Experienced, or Advanced profile, and search through our extensive library of exercises to create their own workouts! Our advanced search options allow you to search by type of exercise, muscle group, and available equipment. You may even choose to exclude exercises that contain a specific warning, or include exercises that add a balance challenge! The choice is yours! Upon choosing an exercise, you can easily add it to your workout with the press of a button.
- All exercises come with a detailed explanation, and a demonstration video. **NOTE** During our pre-launch phase, not all exercises will have a video.
- Workouts are downloadable to a PDA for easy access.
- Members may choose to share their progress, challenges, and / or accomplishments on our NEXXTFIT BLOG. “Send a friend” to your blog to check out pictures of your latest contest or achievement.
