  3. Our team of experienced certified personal trainers create new workouts each month for every track. The workouts for your chosen track are sent to you with full instruction. Each exercise comes with a detailed explanation, and a demonstration video. **NOTE** During our pre-launch phase, not all exercises will have a video.
  4. Members have the option to change their track at the end of each month.
  5. Workouts are downloadable to a PDA for easy access.
  6. Members may choose to share their progress, challenges, and / or accomplishments on our NEXXTFIT BLOG. “Send a friend” to your blog to check out pictures of your latest contest or achievement.
