Only COMBO + members will have access to our SPECIALTY WORKOUT area.

This area contains some fun extras created by our team of experienced certified personal trainers. Specialty workouts are usually brief, target a specific body part, and / or revolve around one piece of equipment. Great for adding some spice without a lot of fuss! Some specialty categories include: Stairway to Health” (workout requiring only a set of stairs), Sprint It Out”, High and Tight” (glute workout), 6-Packing” (abdominal workout), Suite Workout” (full body workout in your Hotel Suite).
